Is there an expiration date for the reserves and coupons?
There is no expiration date for reserves and coupons. However, if you withdraw from the membership, your reserves and coupons will be extinguished.
How do I pay for my reserves?
Reserves are available for ordering all products sold on the official online mall.
When will the birthday coupon be issued?
Coupons will be issued automatically on the morning of the registered birthday date.
What are the return and exchange regulations?
Exchanges and returns because of a simple change of mind are possible within 7 days of receipt of the product. (Buyer return and exchange shipping cost incurred) However, exchanges and returns are not possible if the product has been opened or the packaging has been damaged. The refund will be made after the collection of the product has been completed. For returns because of damage/defective product, please contact the Q&A bulletin board or customer center and we will guide you.
How can I apply for a return or exchange?
If you post the contents through the Q&A customer inquiry on the website, we will help you with the registration.
How long will it take to get a refund?
Although the refund time varies depending on the payment method, it takes about 7 days.
